The Minister Who Spoke Out

Paul Hellyer served as Canada's Minister of National Defence from 1963 to 1967 under Prime Minister Lester Pearson — the period of the Cold War's most intense military activity and some of the most significant UAP encounters in North American history. After decades of silence, Hellyer became increasingly public in his claims that extraterrestrial intelligence is real and that multiple governments — including Canada and the United States — are aware of it.
