The Admiral Speaking Out

Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet retired from the U.S. Navy after a career that included serving as Acting Administrator of NOAA. Since retirement he has become a prominent advocate for transparency regarding maritime UAP encounters, arguing that the Navy and government possess far more information about underwater and trans-medium UAP than they have disclosed.

Gallaudet testified before congressional committees and has spoken publicly about specific incidents involving UAP interacting with naval vessels — encounters that he believes represent a genuine unknown phenomenon requiring serious scientific and governmental attention.

Trans-Medium UAP

Gallaudet has focused particularly on trans-medium objects — UAP observed moving between air and water — arguing that the data collected by sonar systems and surface radar points to objects operating in ways that defy current physics. He has called for the declassification of military sonar data and greater cooperation between naval commands and UAP research bodies.
